LootPig?
Lootpig is "one deal a day" website selling stuff at prices below retail by getting our items directly from the source or wholesaler and cutting out the middleman. Thus saving you money! We usually list a new item everyday at 6:00am EST and this item is available until its sold out or 5:59am the following day. Should the item be a popular hit and we have lots in stock we might decide to sell it for another 24 hours!
What makes us "different" from the other deal sites out there?
Members on our site will be able to accumulate "PigPoints". These points can be used to receive discounts on purchases, or even be able to be redeemed for "Points Only" items, items that real money can't buy but will be available to Point holders only! The site will track how many points you have accumulated overall as well as points you haven't spent yet. The site also has "Member Status Levels" based on total points accumulated which will be used for various promotions thoughout the site. Purchases on third party sites will not be rewarded with points.
What are points for?
PigPoints are our way of saying thank you. You can use points to receive extra discounts on specially marked item during checkout, saving you even more. Think of it as a coupon discount. Sometimes we will offer some items that can only be purchased with certain PigPoints only and not cash! You might want to exchange your points for LootPig gear such as T-shirts, hats or mugs. You never know what we might think of next that your PigPoints will be worth saving for.
How can I get points?
There are quite a few ways to get more points; We give points for just logging into the site each day, points for inviting someone to join, point for purchasing items or completing surveys or competitions we plan in the future. Purchases on third party sites will not be rewarded with points.
What is the "Member Status" for?
There are 3 levels of "Member Status"; Gold, Sillver and Bronze. Basically your total overall points (even after you've spent them) are taken into account and you are given a member status based on your total. We use this so we can either giveaway FREE stuff to our member or offer special items to all or some of our Member Status levels!
I want the item, how do I actually purchase the item?
You first must have an account with LootPig. once you're logged in click the "Buy Now" button and follow the steps... to checkout! If the deal is listed on another site, you might have to follow their checkout steps instead.
How do I create a LootPig account?
Scroll up to the top of any page and look for "Register". You will be asked to fill out some basic information and create a login. If you wish to make checkout easier, you can save your credit card info as well but it's not a must. You can login at any time and edit your details, view your total PigPoints or view past orders by clicking on "My Account." Only one account per email address and credit card number is permitted.
I see only one item, can I but anything else?
No. We sell one item per day. A new item is usually posted at 6:00am EST, check back then.
Can I see past deals?
No. Once the deal is over it's over. We do however like to sell items that our users have liked. So if you missed it the first time, keep checking, you might see it again.
Why can't I order more than 3?
We need to be fair to those that sleep in past our 6am post. Let's give those guys a chance to also get the deal. We also don't want one person to buy all of them and then resell it on Auction sites for a higher price. We want it to be fair to all of you. Purchases on third party sites might allow for more than the 3 maximum purchase.
How long does it take for my order to get processed and shipped?
Items order on the Lootpig site it usually from 2-5 business days but it might be more. Anything drastically longer we will notify you or you will see a comment in your account. Purchases on third party sites please see their web site for their shipping information and rates.
What payment options are available?
We do accept all major credit cards; VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Since our offers are for a limited time and are usually sold out fast, we are not able to accept checks or money orders mailed in.
How do you ship?
We ship all products UPS or USPS. The shipping costs are listed in real time and are the actual costs. Once your order has shipped the tracking number (when available) should show up in your "My Account". I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order?
Please make sure you check you "Spam" folder. Some internet providers might have placed the email in there. If you still do not see it, login to you account. If you order was received it will show up in your "Order History". If it is still not there then please contact us. Purchases on third party sites please see their web site for order confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Usually. Once you place an order you will get an email with your order number, this order will also appear in your account details with the status. Once the item is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking number (when available), again this number will also appear in your account details. Be patient not all orders shipped straight away, we will ignore all your emails unless there is a major issue and in such case we will notify you anyway. My item didn't arrive?
Please login and check your account to see if it was even shipped yet. If not, wait, it sometimes take a few days to process your order. If yes, click the tracking number and call the carrier to see where it is. If you waited a while and still didn't receive it, contact us here. I live overseas, can I order?
No. We don't anticipate this happening any time soon, for now we just ship within the USA.
Can I return an item I don't want or like?
The short answer is ...No... If you just don't want or like the product we cannot accept the return, try reselling it on an Auction web site and make some money off it and save yourself the headache of returning it. However, we do accept some returns on broken or defective products, you have 10 days to send it back to us (at your cost) and be ready to only accept a refund on the cost of the item, shipping cost will NOT be refunded, BUT you must contact us first. We cannot guarantee a replacement product as most items sell out. If we do have a replacement in stock it will be sent out to you immediately. However you might have more luck getting in contact with the manufacturer of the item, they will either replace the item for you or send you something worth more instead. How do I return a broken or defective product?

Due to the nature of our site we do not have any live customer representative ready to take your call. We are too busy processing orders and looking for new deals that we can pass on to you in the next few weeks. If we feel we need to hear your voice we will call you.
Can I get a job at LootPig?
Sure, we need people. We need all kinds of people. So if you have skills, send us a resume and we will check you out. Chances are it will be filed until we really need someone and then take a look at them.
