| LootPig is "deal a day" website selling stuff at prices below retail by getting our items directly from the source or wholesaler and cutting out the middleman. Thus, saving you money! We usually list our items everyday at 12:00am EST and they are available until they are sold out or 11:59am the following day. |

| I want the item, how do I actually purchase the item? |
| You first must have an account with LootPig. Once you're logged in click the "Buy Now" button and follow the steps… to checkout! |

| How do I create a LootPig account? |
| Scroll up to the top of any page and look for "Join Our Loot Club". You will be asked to fill out some basic information and create a login. If you wish to make checkout easier, you can save your credit card info as well, but it is not required. You can login at any time and edit your details, or view past orders by clicking on "My Account." Only one account per email address and credit card number is permitted. |

| Can I see past deals? |
| Yes. You can view our past deals by clicking on the Past Loot tab on the website. |

| How many can I order? |
| We have eliminated the maximum order amount. You can purchase the item as long as it is available. |

| How long does it take for my order to get processed and shipped? |
| Items ordered on LootPig usually take from 2-5 business days, but sometimes it might be more. Anything drastically longer we will notify you or you will see a comment in your account. |

| What payment options are available? |
| We do accept all major credit cards; VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Since our offers are for a limited time and are usually sold out fast, we are not able to accept checks or money orders mailed in. |

| How do you ship? |
| We ship all products FedEx or USPS. The shipping costs are listed in real time and are the actual costs. Once your order has shipped the tracking number (when available) should show up in your "My Account". Purchases on third party sites please see their web site for their shipping information and rates. |

| I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order? |
| Please make sure you check you "Spam" folder. Some internet providers might have placed the email in there. |

| Can I track my order? |
| Once you place an order you will get an email with your order number, this order will also appear in your account details with the status. Once the item is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking number (when available), again this number will also appear in your account details. Be patient orders take time to process. |

| My item didn't arrive? |
| Please login and check your account to see if it was even shipped yet. If not, wait, it sometimes take a few days to process your order. If yes, click the tracking number and call the carrier to see where it is. If you waited a while and still didn't receive it, contact us. |

| Can I return an item I don't want or like? |
| If you just don't want or like the product we cannot accept the return, try reselling it on an Auction web site and make some money off it and save yourself the headache of returning it. However if your item is damaged you have up to 7 days to report this to our customer service dept. |

We are very busy processing orders and looking for new deals that we can pass on to you in the next few weeks.
